Orders cannot be canceled once accepted.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes or shipping. You agree to provide current, accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including applicable shipping and taxes.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing, including theft or misdelivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

This includes all intellectual property in our membership community, The Needlepoint Finishing Club, hosted on Substack.

The Needlepoint Finishing Fairy LLC is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with The Needlepoint Finishing Fairy LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us.
