Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships. Please read carefully before placing an order.


Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is available upon request. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please email finishingfairy@gmail.com before purchasing.

  • We do ship to PO Boxes.


Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • Orders typically ship Tuesday through Thursday.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • If an item is listed as a preorder, the expected shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page. Preorder timelines supersede standard processing timelines.

  • Processing timelines do not change for launches, holidays, or events unless otherwise stated.

Please note: processing time refers to when your order leaves our studio — it does not include transit time once the package is with the carrier.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We primarily ship via USPS and occasionally UPS.

  • We offer standard shipping only at this time.

  • Expedited shipping is not available.

  • Items do not require special handling beyond standard care.


Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $8.

  • Orders $75 and over ship free.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All items ship at the same rate regardless of product type.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is automatically provided once your order ships.

  • If your tracking appears delayed or incorrect, please email finishingfairy@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • A package is considered “lost” once it meets the carrier’s official criteria for a lost shipment. 

  • If a package is confirmed lost within the carrier system: 

    • We will send a replacement item and file a claim with the carrier.

    • If both the original and replacement packages arrive, the customer is responsible for returning one item. A return shipping label will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the carrier

    • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing (porch theft)

Packages over $100 have shipping insurance and claim will be processed if applicable. 


Address Issues & Returns to Sender

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If you realize you entered an incorrect address, email finishingfairy@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

    • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returns & Shipping

  • All items are final sale. Returns are not accepted.

  • If a return is required under a rare exception, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
