Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items, including but not limited to:

  • Kits

  • Supplies

  • Merch

  • Digital or physical products

  • Courses

  • The Needlepoint Finishing Club access 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.


No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Items you no longer need or want

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at finishingfairy@gmail.com.

When emailing, please:

  • Include your order number in the subject line

  • Attach clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. This does not guarantee a refund.


Shipping-Related Issues

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For issues related to lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages, please refer to our Shipping Policy, which outlines how those situations are handled.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipping fees apply if an order must be resent.
